I wasn't alone, I'm not alone, but I felt alone.

Going to the loo ten, eleven times a night, you're not exactly leaping out of bed each morning. You don't want to leave the house.

Even the simple things are a chore. You're getting late, you miss meetings. You want your career to kick on but with so much time off...

Me, I've always had passion, ideas... but you end up stuck, not moving up.

I'd stay in more so as not to risk an accident but then you get trapped in a loop with... you know who.

Even when you try to get out, wherever you are or whatever you do, it's like 'it' is the star of the show.

But I was amazed to find out that thousands of people were going through the exact same thing, with no answers.

Then one day things changed, starting with the diagnosis. Finally, someone recognized that I didn't have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), or something that was 'in my head'. I had Bile Acid Diarrhoea.

The acronym was perfect, yeah, what I had was BAD (Bile Acid Diarrhoea). But now I had a name for it, a course of action. I was back in control AND I could be chain free.

The good thing about BAD (Bile Acid Diarrhoea). is that there's available diagnosis and it's treatable. You don't need to feel ashamed or suffer in silence.

Do you suffer from BAD (Bile Acid Diarrhoea). like symptoms or know someone who might? Contact your support network or speak to your doctor about BAD (Bile Acid Diarrhoea) today.
